Biography
Donna is an entrepreneur with experience in management, investor fundraising, and corporate law. She's a partner at Leeding Law and a venture partner and general counsel with Vinum 9 Ventures. Donna previously served as an entrepreneur-in-residence for K5 Ventures and was the founder and CEO of MascotSecret, a start-up based on enhancing the in-game experience for fans. Prior to MascotSecret, Donna was a tax lawyer advising numerous Fortune 500 clients on corporate structuring and international tax law.
