Biography

Christine Batchelor is a graduate from Misericordia University in 2012 with her BSN, where she was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award upon graduation. She began her full-time nursing career at Lehigh Valley Health Network in the Trauma Neuro Intensive Care Unit, transitioned into the Critical Care Float Pool, and then later found her niche on MICU/SICU where she continues to work Per Diem. While working there full time, she was awarded the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority Award for her dedication to providing safe care to the patients. Christine earned her MSN in nursing education at Cedar Crest College, where she was chosen for the Lillian S. Brunner Award.

Christine joined Cedar Crest College in January of 2017 as a Nursing Learning Resource Center Coordinator and then transitioned into a full time nursing instructor in August 2017.
